NourishedBoss. is a space for ambitious women who want to support their body so that they can achieve their goals. The NourishedBoss focus is on providing your body with the nutrients you need to thrive. To stay energized and focused. And to live in a body that feels truly good to you.

We are changing the story, though. A lot of information over the last few decades has been diet-driven and specifically weight focused. The key here being "What do I need to eliminate?"and "How many pounds can I lose by summer?".

Our question here is "What would most support your body, mind, and soul?". 

Our focus has been on fitting into a certain body type, and so, we become addicted to crash diets and harmful habits.This has mainly been driven by a fear of being fat - which drives us to heavily restrict foods, binge eat, or a combination of the two. With NourishedBoss we are shifting this focus to nourishing your body so that you have the energy and focus to achieve a life you love. 

Here, we believe that supporting your body and mind with an abundance of nutrients is far more important than a *dream* dress size or specific weight goal. And that food should never feel restrictive.

    Meet Katherine Feeney, Founder of NourishedBoss.


    When I first started a journey to healthier habits I had no clue what it meant to be healthy. I ended up following food bloggers and reading health magazines. This lead me to being super restrictive with calories and fats. But, I felt like I had excellent self-control and was avoiding everything that was going to make me unhealthy. After being very controlled for a few years I found myself super tired, unable to focus on simple tasks, depressed, and developing a few (now resolved) health problems. 

    Thankfully, I was guided to realize this was not how healthy was meant to be! After some research, I ended up attending night classes at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, which was an excellent starting point to learning a different approach to healthy. Learning about what our body needs to be healthy and happy. 

    Over the last 10+ years I've continued to study nutrition and help women to change their relationship with food. 

    Welcome to this space. I pray that you, too, can discover another approach to healthy that feels good and supports you and your life.
